Katie Patel
About Me
Katie Patel is a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist specialising in grief, trauma, and low self-esteem. She helps individuals deepen their self-awareness and improve their relationships with others through the healing process of therapy.
With a background in psychology, Katie takes an existential approach, supporting clients in building confidence and finding greater peace in their lives. She offers weekly 50-minute sessions, providing a space to explore personal challenges and set therapeutic goals, which can be reviewed and adjusted as needed.
Katie believes that good therapy can be life-changing. Investing in mental well-being is a powerful step toward personal growth and can positively impact those around us. Even in the face of past difficulties, life can improve through shifts in perception, self-reflection, and deeper understanding.
For those interested in working together, Katie welcomes inquiries to arrange an initial session.
